On behalf of the St. Louis Chapter of IFMA, we thank Grant Lanham, our chapter president, and Kari Haller, both with Alberici for hosting our
Holiday Social. It was fabulous! Over 100 attendees enjoyed delicious food, great music, mingling with old friends at a first-class facility. Kari and Grant, we thank you both for spearheading the coordination and execution of our holiday get-together.
At this event each year, the chapter honors many individuals and companies for their support and dedication of our chapter. In addition, four special awards are presented; Outstanding Company, Achievement in Facility Management; Distinguished Member; and Outstanding Associate Member.

Also this year, our chapter participated in the Adopt-a-Family Holiday Program, sponsored by the St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The response from members and friends was phenomenal. We are very thankful to all of you for your generosity during this holiday season.
Prior to the event, chapter members donated over $2000.00. Christmas gifts were purchased for the adopt-a-family children, and various gift cards, as well as a cash donation will be given to the family. In an effort to gather additional funds, our chapter board and committee chairs provided home baked items for our first ever bake sale. An additional $223.00 was raised, for a grand total of $2,345.00.
