In addition to the 67 exhibitors who were displaying their products and services, over 200 attendees enjoyed lunch, and the Keynote Presentation by Melenie Broyles from Etiquette Saint Louis.  Ms. Broyles’ presentation was extremely well received by everyone as well.

Business Etiquette Presentation – Industry Expo

BOLT Restoration is hiring a full time customer service professional to join our support department. Applicants are required to be motivated, outgoing, friendly and passionate about their work. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  

We are looking for someone with the ability to work independently with  guidelines, follow instruction and complete projects within deadlines.

The job tasks include but are not limited to: receiving and directing all company phone calls, scheduling and re-scheduling sales rep appointments, processing of all incoming and outgoing mail, providing customer service follow up correspondence, greeting all visitors, taking monthly office supply inventory, updating company reports and some general administrative duties.

Requirements:

·         2-3 years customer service experience

·         Have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills

·         Superb organizational skills

·         Use of a multi-line phone system

·         Highly computer literate

·         Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

·         Type at least 40 WPM

·         Ability to navigate between multiple software applications

·         Experience with CRM software

·         Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company policy and procedure

·         Ability to quickly learn company products and services

Mr. Moore leads the energy conservation program for the Monsanto Corporate Services group. This group manages the Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, and Spirit of St. Louis Hangar sites in the St. Louis area. Monsanto Corporate Services has a Sustainability team in which Mr. Moore participates. His presentation focused on, the interaction of energy and water conservation with Sustainability processes; past, present and future energy and water conservation initiatives and their environmental impact; and other sustainable business practices including land management, waste minimization and the use of recycled materials.
